Delivery and Returns Policy

We use Australia Post and Couriers to get our items to you via standard shipping.

We know that sometimes deliveries just don’t go the way they should, so if there is anything that is not the way it should be when it arrives, let us know at [email protected] so we can do everything possible to help sort it for you! 

If you have ordered the wrong blend or not happy with the product, don’t panic,  simply just give us a call on 1800 Mad Mutt and we will happily exchange or refund your order once the product is returned to us within 7 days of receipt with prior approval from Mad Mutt Coffee Co.
